Before the Bubble Burst

Whimsy! When did we lose you! I miss the Rococo swings, the yellow submarines, and of course, the fairies. That element of surprise and delight, has been replaced with the full frontal flashes of Terry Richardson and the like. Photography has become about raw truth rather than fun and imagination.

Don’t get me wrong, both have their place, but look at the poetry of this shoot- A bubble at times elevated above the Parisian skyline, at others floating along the Seine, and sometimes just listening to a street guitar.

Sit back, view, enjoy, and smile:)
